My mother asked him to look at where my dad had removed the exhaust fan in the bathroom to replace it and there were more wires than there should have been. He asked her very pointed questions to gather if anything else was not working along the way and quickly found the problem and what wires were needed. He then looked at the circuit breaker because it kept sparking and explained it was worn out as well as the microwave needed its own circuit as well. My mom was so happy he took the time to explain things and ask her the questions since most servicemen address my dad and he isn't home as much as my mom is.
