+ -1 moreI described the problem to Rick and he was familiar with this type of leak. When you change the water filter it snaps into a plastic casing. The casing had cracked causing the leak. Rick fixed it (almost 2 years ago) and it hasn't leaked since!
Description of Work: Our Kenmore Refrigerator started leaking after we changed the water filter. The price Sers quoted to come out and fix the leak was outrageous and they couldn't get to us for weeks. Rick's Appliance was able to fix the problem in a timely manor and the price was much less than that quoted by Sears.
