Description of Work: Called to get annual preventive maintenance performed. During the service found a condensation line plugged with water stuck in the fan causing bearings to begin to fail. Exhaust fan replaced. Service went well very professional and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

+ -1 moreI was pleased with Air Systems' installation of a new furnace in our home to replace one that was 26 years old. Although the job could not be done immediately despite some cold weather, this provider kept its promise to have the furnace installed prior to Thanksgiving.

+ -1 moreStopped talk to Bob Lockner about the bill, He got defensive right away, started raising his voice turned into heated discussion said he had to pay for his tools,and thats how much his book told him to charge! I asked about a $120.00 charge on the bill ,thats when he told me he had payed $500.00 for a leak detection tool.( I guess the first 4 customers after he bought his tool were suppose to pay for that.)Other heating and cooling guys I talked to use soap and a water bottle to detect leaks. (no charge.) Then his seceratary went out to the shop had his hired man come in. He stood there with his arms crossed leaning against the wall,thats when I began to feel physically threatned.caught me totally by surprise..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I THOUGHT. Thats when i got up walked out the door never to return to that place of business again. Also charged $30.00 for the first pound of freon and $18.00 for additional pounds. I guess the first pound was something special?
Description of Work: Check why cooling in heatpump/AC not working. Found leak fixed the leak recharged system still not working bad valve.Checked for valve had to order one.Price to high said might be better off talking to my installer about getting it .I did and he stood behind price of the valve for me.Called Air Systems back told them my contractor would finish the job. Asked them send bill for what they done,,Thats when the prices went to the moon.
