Description of Work: Called them to come back and replace some shingles that had holes in them from previous owners satellite. Called them 3 or 4 times and discussed. They Agreed to come out but never showed up or returned phone calls. They replaced the roof right before we purchased house. It didn't pass inspection and it took the city to get them out here to finish. Very unprofessional company. Would not recommend.

Description of Work: Our area had a major hail storm that damaged roofs throughout our community. We had several out of area roofing companies trying to grab our business. Wollman was local so I had them replace storm damaged shingles and small amount of siding. Overall I'd say they did a good job. What bothered me the most was the salesman. I showed him what the insurance company had paid me for the repairs. He kept saying they would do the job for whatever the insurance company paid me. But in the end I find out that Wollman billed the insurance company for an additional $6-8,000. I thought this was a dishonest approach by the salesman to get my business. I think he knew all along they would bill the insurance company extra for the job. Although the work by the crew was fine I don't like salesman dishonesty like this and won't use this company again.

+ 0 moreI contacted Cliff and he was out in a couple of days and inspected and measured my roof. He provided me with an estimate within a couple of days and also gave me the opportunity to put on a high impact shingle for slightly more cost that provided me with a 125.00 savings per year on my home insurance. He also did all the work submitting a claim on my old shingles that resulted in a claim check coming to me last week. I was very pleased to have someone knowledgeable of what and how to properly submit a claim. The job was done in one day and appears to be well done. The cleanup was very good. I found only a few nails and scraps around the house. If I have any complaint the cost ended up about 10% more than he estimated but that price was still less than several other estimates I got. So I am not complaining about that just mentioning that. Cliff and his crew provided a very stress free experience getting this job done as requested.
Description of Work: Removed shingles off my house and put new shingles on including all tin work and rain guard as required by code.

Description of Work: We had a bad hail storm last fall. I called Cliff for an estimate and he came by that evening. He was great to work with; I never had to go to him for information, he was always providing it. He was able to get us scheduled within just a few weeks for the replacement roof. They were done in only 3 days and his crew was very polite and professional. I work from home so I got to see them from start to finish. A few weeks after the new roof was put on, we had two terrible wind storms come though. Several of the neighbors around me who also had new roofs already had new damage and shingles off. To my surprise, Cliff showed up at my door, without me calling, and asked if they could inspect the roof and tack down any shingles that may have became loose. It was a very pleasant experience to an otherwise very difficult situation for most people. There's nothing better than knowing your contractor cares about his work, especially since it's your home and so do you. We will be using Cliff and his crew in the future.

+ -1 moreThe gutters leak, they left nails in the yard and the driveway so we got a flat tire. It wasn't great. They also chipped our siding and so I asked if they were going to pay for that and they kept saying "I don't know". The price is reasonable. I also asked them to make them specifically one way and they didn't do that. They were quick to come to the job. I would not use them in the future.

+ -1 moreWe ended up with Wollman Construction after we called him and he had an estimate for us like an hour later and incredibly cheaper than another gentleman we've asked and he has 4 years experience and he didn't ask for any money upfront where the guy we just got on our phonebook asked $4000 to put our name on the list so we said no we cannot do that but for the very nice man we got it all line up and will taking ownership of our new house on Monday and will gonna meet with him about the color of the shingles. It's been fine experience.

+ -1 moreWe got 7 estimates. They were not the cheapest, low-middle actually but they put on gutters as well. Excellent crew; cleaned up yard WITH A MAGNET. Very little lawn/landscape damage. Super hard workers and it was 100 degrees most of the time they were here. Would recommend to anyone. My neighbor came over to see what kind of a job they were doing and hired them on the spot to do his roof.
Description of Work: Two layer tear-off and reshingle, also did gutters.

The only problem we had was a bit of a delay in calling back and scheduling the job once we had made a decision to hire the company. However, when we finally made contact the work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to others for gutter replacement.
