Description of Work: "I ordered a replacement window in early September. The measurements were taken in late September. Since this is South Dakota I started to get a bit antsy as the snow started to fly in large amounts in other areas of the state. |The work was done the Saturday after Thanksgiving--a beautiful day. The gentlemen doing the job were professional and kind. We were working across the room on a cooking project so we watched the process and were impressed by the thoroughness we could see from the installers. We were especially impressed by how much time was spent to remove every fingerprint from the window. (The reason for the delay was that our location was on the fringes of their service area so coming here was not as convenient as having a full day of many windows.)"
