The quality of the product is good, although I had a few items that needed repair. This was where one of the problems began. It took several times AND SEVERAL MONTHS for them to come and fix everything...the service guys were great, but it took months for them to come over...it was very frustrating. In addition, the sales person I worked with (Bill)was unwilling to work with me on the bills...the contractor was supposed to pay them, but didn't, and so they accrued significant interest, which I had no knowledge of. Instead of working with me, so that we could find a good win-win solution, he was going to put a mechanic's lien on the house and did not even consider waiving the finance charges. Most other vendors, when they discovered my situation with the contractor, were at least willing to work with me. For a company with such a quality name like Pella, I had a very disappointing experience.
Description of Work: Pella installed all the windows and most of the doors in a house that I built.
