I called Mike Westendorf to see if he could come and diagnose our problem. He gave me a couple of ideas to try myself, and then agreed to stop over on his way home from work. Of course, he found a GFI that I didn't know about was tripped, so the problem was solved in 5 minutes. He didn't charge for the service call, and was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely call him again next time!
