Brock installed our flooring in the kitchen and We had Brock install vinyl wood flooring in our house. We were very happy with the final outcome. The floor looked great and the customer service was outstanding. We will be calling Brock again for future home improvement projects.

Brock has been helping me improve my rentals since 2016. He always offers amazing customer service, and brings so much craft and creativity to his work. Our latest project was a complete renovation of a 100-year home in east Sioux Falls. What we thought was going to be a simple job, turned out to be a much bigger challenge than I'd hoped. However, Brock was able to manage each step of the job without fail, and final renovation looks spectacular. I am completely amazed by the transformation! And many of the neighbors comment on how great the home looks. Overall, Brock has added a tremendous amount of value to this house, and past projects. I am very pleased with the end result, and I will continue to work with Brock on all my future projects.

They put in entry doors and did a excellent job.

Had a big deck built that included a second deck for a hot tub. They incurred a several hundred dollar cost with the City for engineering without our approval or knowledge prior to us hiring them. We then felt obligated to hire them. Very shocked at the mess they made (they said it was a big project and not to be). Deck turned out nice, however, they did not initially put the step railings on correctly. When we asked them to be fixed, they drilled new holes and moved the railing as should be, but then just put screws in where the original holes were. They would not replace the posts without charging us. Do not let them bring in their electrician! Very expensive and will not give you a detailed bill. The electrician did not clean up very well. I could say a lot of other issues with how the project went, but will stop there. We will not hire them again.

Brock installed carpet downstairs, very expensive carpet. He not only did not show up when he said he was the carpet measurements were too short There was more than an inch and half gap from the carpet to the wall on all sides and not only that you can see the seams. He also pieced together the carpet padding in front of the utility door which you could feel when you stepped on it. I did call him back 3 times to have it fixed. The last time he showed up, he just left and did not say two words. I would not recommend him to install carpet for anyone, call a professional.

Ultimate Flooring did an excellent job stretching the carpet in my basement. They moved all the furniture and had the job completed in a timely manner. The carpet looked much better when they finished. Brock was punctual and charged what he quoted over the phone.

We had nightmare renters in our house and needed a complete overhaul of walls and floors. In three days, the crew had our house looking like the nightmare never happened. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, with a good eye for detail- and they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction and beyond. I was given a fair and reasonable bid for the project I wanted done. But I was also told that for a small fraction of what the full project would cost, something could be done that would be almost as good. I decided to go the cheaper route, and indeed got work done that produced almost the same result for much less money. I will use this company again, and will trust that they will save me money when they can.

We ended up hiring Brock and his crew to build the entire garage. We could not be more pleased. The inside is as nice as most homes. I have several other projects to do yet and Ultimate Flooring & Contracting is number one on our list to have the work done.
