Description of Work: After three applications to my lawn, I have had very few weeds killed. Doesn't look good, and I have contacted them twice with no results.

Description of Work: Paid to have yard aerated, never showed on scheduled day, never called. I called two days later, would be out the next day to aerate the yard. Again never showed or called. I called canceled the aeration of my yard and requested a refund since the service was never performed. Had to call twice to receive the refund.

+ 0 moreThey are being rude, saying they would stay in contact daily by email, zero I have made two trip to the office to try to get refund they tell me they have to wait for National chain legal department. to make up some for that lets them off the hook for not doing anything harmful to our lawn. THEY BURNED OUR $5000. lawn in front aqnd the yard in the back. Hello I ain't signing nothing that lies. We want a full refund of prepaid bill, has been 2 weeks and counting well over my tolerance level. Then tonight I go online to check account information and all of a sudden another 20 some dollars is gone out of account. We did not spend it. I have never been treated like this by any company and am shocked that they think it is ok to treat a customer so nasty. My blood pressure is up, I am noty ever allowing them on my property.
Description of Work: On second application with chemical he burnt our lawn with fertilizer and crabgrass application. they are denying, we have had three other pros come in they all said it got burnt. Our front sod was about 31 days old. They were aware of this as I had called when we had it put in and made second appointment. They did not treat dirt for crabgrass before sod as we wanted. They have still not given us a complete refund, they want us to sign something that says they are not to blame fo0r any damage bla bla bla Baloney I ain't signing nothing!

+ -1 moreThe actual service was GREAT, but they just kept showing up. We hired them for three applications and they kept showing up and leaving a bill on the front door. We had hired a new (Local) company for 2009, but they showed up anyway and just applied fertilizer, even to our back yard with no grass. He was spreading fertilizer on the dirt when my wife came home. He said he knocked , but no one was home. WRONG! I work from home and he never knocked... he was going to spread the fertilizer and sneak off again. We called TruGreen and they said they were going to cover this application... we officially cancelled their services too. If you use them for ANYTHING, be sure to read the fine print... I guess your one simple call entitles them to come over FOREVER until you MAKE them stop! I think that is the WRONG way to do business!
