Called provider in AM and two people came out in PM. Very short notice so was very happy. Adjusted tension better than had been done in past by others. Opens easy but not too fast with garage door opener involved.

The serviceman was efficient, friendly, and did a great job!

The door had been broken for a week and I was putting it off because I was afraid of what the repair bill would be. I called on Wednesday morning and they apologized because they couldn't come out the same day but would Thursday be ok? I had expected a longer wait so I was very pleased with a next day appointment. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival, did the work in less time then they expected it would take, and it cost less then half of what I had imagined. (He also adjusted my other door) I would call them again and recommend them highly.

Great experience with Tri-State Garage Door. We called them in the morning because our spring was broken on our garage door and we were unable to open it. They stated they would be out that afternoon and quoted us a price of $180.00. They actually arrived in the morning, had to return to the office for a different spring, and fixed the door for less than the quoted price. The serviceman was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Our garage door opener wasn't working. We called them first thing on a busy, very snowy Monday morning. The manager came to our house within two hours to check to see if repairs were possible or what type of service we might need. Because our garage door opener was too old to get new parts, we discussed new openers with the manager. He took plenty of time to discuss the different models. Since we plan on replacing our garage door later in the year, he gave us a part that we'll need at that time to hook the new door in. They came back the next day to install the opener. The job was done quickly and professionally.
