 + -1 moreWe did not use this vendor because we felt that if the customer service was that bad in the store, we could not have confidence in them doing a good job. When doing a remodel you need a provider that will do an excellent job and work to your satisfaction.
Description of Work: We drove 2 hours to visit their showroom because we are doing a remodel project of kitchen and two bathrooms. Walked into store and not one of the people working even bothered to ask if they could help. The staff was young and experienced when we finally caught one at the counter. When we asked about tile, she just pointed to different areas in the store. We left without even looking at the tile and countertops.

 + -1 moreSyverson Tile and Stone are a wholesaler. The experience with them was excellent, they came when they said they were going to do, I had some other things at the end of the job that we hadn't talked about and they fixed it and it wasn't any hassle. I highly recommend them.
