Description of Work: Noise in furnace. They removed motor and installed new one but was not necessary as nothing wrong with motor, and then had to reinstall old motor, running back and forth to company place for materials, etc. which probably took around an hour. Then changed a belt and assumed all was fixed which did not prove to be true. Few days later when noise still in the furnace, called them back. Suggested that amount they were going to charge for work already done was exorbitant and they said they would review it and maybe do better. So they came out again to work on it. Different worker. Changed a different belt. Seemed to be okay. Still doesn't sound right but will live with it. Waited a week or so for a new bill but did not get a new bill as we expected a lesser amount (from what he had said earlier), so called to see about correct bill we would need to pay. They said bill iwould be the same as first one sent (around $200); he said they had to come out twice but told him that second call was because it was not repaired the first time and did not feel liable for anything on that call. But ended up we had to pay the full amount. Unhappy with experience!
