Although we were in plain view of 6 employees well identified by their lanyards and polo shirts - NO ONE MADE AN ATTEMPT TO HELP US. After we took the 3rd machine down off the display to try it my wife went to the end of the aisle and got the attention of a group of 3 young men clustered around a washer talking. When the saw her they ignored her - she looked in the other direction and another group of 3 dispersed and ignored her. . We had several models in mind with notes I had made - we were so disgusted with the lack of attention we left - afterI brought this to the attention of the manager - without buying anything. We will now ignore Kenmore and Sears in the future - especially when we remodel and need appliances. Earlier this week I was in Lowe's and as soon as we walked into the Vacuum aisle I was offered assistance. GUESS WHER MY $400 WILL BE SPENT???
Description of Work: Stopped in the store to buy a vacuum cleaner that consumer reports rated. We were in the vacuum section for at least 20 minutes trying different models.
