+ -1 moreMy cousins had a real estate agent and I had wanted to check out a home that I had seen online being offered through the "Good Neighbor Next Door" program for teachers. So they called him and he offered to show it to me that day. The agents name is Eric Cady. He was great to work with. I purchased that house so he only had to show me one house, but the house needed a lot of repairs. He got me quotes from general contractors, HVAC and drain tile. He made sure that I got the best deals for all of these. He is a nice guy and I would recommend him as an agent to any of my friends or family!
