I had a few large items (desks, bookshelves, filing cabinets, etc) that needed to be moved from one office to another. I made the appointment with a very friendly person (forgot to write the name) and was quoted a reasonable estimate. The movers showed up at the appointed time with dollies in tow and ready to work. There were three gentlemen who worked quickly and efficiently, all observing proper safety protocols and asking polite questions about what needed to go and in what order. They drove to my new location to deliver my items. They again were careful and asked polite questions as to where everything should go. I signed the invoice and they left. Some time later as I moved the items around, I noticed some very slight damage to one of the bookshelves. It was very minor but I reported it anyway. The movers had pulled shelves out of one of the bookshelves and the tiny finishing nails that held the shelves from behind had pulled through the backside and created small holes. The nails were very small and the same color as the back of the shelf and probably hard to see, but I reported it so the movers might know to take a closer look at similar shelves in the future. The person taking the call said someone would be in touch and come see the damage. A few days later I got a call asking to come out and view the damage and apologizing. I told them that the damage was so minor that it wasn't worth the time, that replacing the shelves hid the damage, but the willingness to come out and look and make things right and the sincere apology were enough. I received my final bill in the mail the other day and the amount was less than the estimate. I would not hesitate to use Parker Transfer again.

It was a very good experience! They were prompt in providing an estimate / explanation of services. On the day of the move, they were on time and professional. They handled our furniture with care and took extra steps to ensure that the floors / walls in our new home were protected. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would use them again.

They were very good. They are home grown and small enough to talk to. When they loaded the truck I knew I would see the same guys unload it. I liked the idea that they weren't a big chain. I'm prior military and I've moved twenty some times so I have some experience in this area. They were recommended to me and they were very personable. Everything arrived. There was no breakage or theft to speak about. They were convenient and known in the area. I would use them again in the future.
