 + 0 moreI purchased my third and fourth vehicle from next 2 New last Friday. I have not bought a really sweet lifted Ford. Then I bought a Chevy avalanche. And just as last week I purchased a Yukon Denali, and got a real nice Arcadia Denali for my wife. We drive six and a half hours one way . Our salesman Jeremy was so knowledgeable and very helpful. We pretty much spent the day there test drove a few cars and once again walked out with an awesome purchase. These guys are all very professional and it's a no pressure no hassle environment. Of all four of those vehicles I have never had one problem that wasn't general maintenance. I would like to thank Jeremy he was very patient and kind. Also would like to thank Kevin once again finance manager, he always makes things go so smooth. Also would like to thank Kelly for being so kind. This is definitely not the last cars I buy from there. I can't wait to go back, all their cars are professionally serviced and detailed. Some of the cleanest used cars I've ever seen. The service team even came out and loaded the Arcadia on a trailer for me. If you're looking for a sweet clean ride this is the place you want to be. Once again thank you staff you guys rock.

 + -1 moreThey screwed me over big time and this is what they will continue to do until people realize it and they go out of business.
Description of Work: They sold me a vehicle I didn't want and when I realized how bad they had screwed me I tried to be reasonable with them and get out of the deal. They wanted nothing to do with me after this happened as they had gotten their money and didnt care at all about actually helping a customer get something that they wanted and could afford. Their prices are all way above book and they do whatever and say whatever they can to get you to leave with something that theymake plenty of money on and then they are done with you . When I realized I couldn't afford the vehicle they shoved me in, they suggested I let it go back to the bank and ,make a deal with them before the repossession goes on my credit. No one should ever deal with these kind of people, if they can't give you what you want, drive your old car home and keep looking. They give used car dealers a bad name.

 + -1 moreNever ever buy from them! They say they're under new ownership but they've ripped off too many for that name to be associated with descent dealers
Description of Work: I was browsing the lot for at least 15 minutes then I went inside to find sales people sitting around ( should've left then) They told me bank requires the repair policy which was another $2000. I never had a claim and was still denied refund even though I was entitled to Blazer had stalling issues not more than a week after purchase which they wouldn't stand behind They also "required" an additive to the coolant which I was later told was known to cause issues in vehicles from same dealer
