Michael Hendricksen Kiewit

Per Kiewit Construction he is not associated with them and they have contacted him in the past to stop using their name. In May we contracted with Mike to redo our bathroom and replace our floors. He took down payments from us for each job. He started work on the floor on 8 June. The last time he did any work was June 19. He stopped any contact with us. We were required to hire a new tiler who had to remove everything Mike had done because of the poor workmanship and quality of product used. He has refused to refund any money even though he stated he would via text msgs. We are now required to take him to court. He comes across as a very creative and capable guy but he is not and I would encourage anyone thinking of hiring him to stop and run in the other direction. Very disappointing experience all around. I am forced to put a rating in order to submit this review, they need to add a minus star.
