MAHLANDER'S A-1 APPLIANCE SVC

I gave it to my house keeper, and it has been working fine since then. She said it did something, and had her husband looked at it and it has worked since then. Other than that there was no complaint. The washer and dryer they installed are working great, and they left the area clean.

If you like to know your major appliance purchases will be serviced efficiently and without hassle, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, they have no clue what ethics and customer service are.

At first, the process went well. I went down to pick lights and Julie, my contact, was very helpful. We went through books, tried to stay within the budget, etc. Then, little things started to happen...the builder had missed a few lights, so we needed to add more (which made me go over budget), she "forgot" to tell me about the delivery fee, which was not in my quote she gave me on final costs, one of the chandeliers was off, so they had to replace it. The biggest item, however, was when the exterior lights came in and they were smaller than what we had ordered. She claimed they were a manufacturer defect, and ordered me more lights, but refused to honor the original price that I had agreed to pay for the size that I had ordered. She told me "I can't believe you would expect us to honor that in this economy, as it wasn't our fault". Well, yes, I did expect her to honor it, as she represents the company. I was appalled that Mahlanders wouldn't stand by their products. Unfortunately, at that point I was stuck, so I had to pay for the overage, and I finally got all my lights installed. However, I told Julie that I would never use Mahlander's again, which I will not.
