I called Him and the response was quick, he even came over to my house to look at the project so he can give me an estimate. I was told he'll give an estimate and be able start after his current kitchen remodel project was over. We never heard back from him.

I joined so I could find someone reliable and reasonably priced. I contacted Tim late at night via Angie's message system. I was surprised to get a quick response that said he could come over the next day. I was on Spring Break, so I was able to be home to discuss the job. I told him to just message me what time. The next day, Wendsday, I waited all day for a message to no avail. Finally, around 6 I messaged him on here and asked if he was still coming. He replied that day and said he had his son's 40th birthday to attend and it cut his day short. I thought it was weird that he didn't account for this party when he messaged me the night before since it was his own child's party, but I thought I'd give him another chance because he had good reviews. He said he would come over the next morning. He came over and was great! He told me to get the permission of an electrician to start and call him back. He quoted me $1000.00 and I agreed that price was reasonable. I called an electrician after Tim left and scheduled an electrician to come over Friday morning. In the meantime, I found out he also does fencing. I called him and asked if he could give us a quote for a privacy fence when he next came out. He said sure and everything was going well. Friday morning, the electrician came over and gave us a thumbs up to start framing. I called Tim and he said he need a check for materials and would swing by later in the day to pick up the check and quote the fence. I waited all day and he never showed up. He has not call me since. I don't know what happened. Was it us? Was it the size of the job? Was it because I forgot to offer you a beverage? Where did you go? If you went to the hospital, why didn't the other guy call me and let me know you couldn't make it? I'm just glad we didn't give him a check!!

They did a good job.

He gave us a bid to put in a door. He was then going to come back to our home to give us the information on the bid and to look into our walls to see if we needed any electrical work done as well. He said he wanted to do all this before he came and started the remodel. I scheduled 4 different appointments with him and every appointment he did not show up and did not bother to call. He seems like a nice guy but he is very unorganized and inconsiderate of other people's time. We decided not to go with him because of this.

The project went well. Mr. Tim Knobloch met with us and we discussed the project, what we were looking for and our budget. He gave us a written estimate and good detailed information regarding specific items in the project such as the plumbing and electrical aspects as well as the building codes and inspection process. Mr. Knobloch explained each step of the project as it was happening and offered suggestions if we were unsure about a particular aspect. He always made sure our vision for the project was being followed and was upfront if he ran into delays or found a problem that needed to be addressed. We would recommend Knobloch Construction and would use them again.

I haven't heard anything back from him yet.

It was a great experience and even gave recommendations for other services we are needing. They were very punctual and really good at cleaning up the mess.

Tim is extremely versatile and can fix and help with nearly anything. He's helped with bigger, more major projects, but this time they were small ones. He ALWAYS watches out for your budget.

Tim was very professional as was his helper. Tim explained in precise detail what he was doing and made every effort to save us money where he could. He is extremely knowledgeable about the construction business and knows what he is doing. The project turned out very well and I am pleased with the result. My husband is disabled and he was very considerate and understanding about working around my work schedule and that was very much appreciated.

Very Good

I called him on a Monday afternoon for a Tuesday morning proposal/estimate appointment. The appointment time came and went with him not showing up. He didn't call, he didn't reschedule, he just didn't show up. However, I'm grateful that he did this from the start because it proves he's not the type of person I want working on my place anyway.

We never recieved our estimate, never heard from him again. I would of at least expected a phone call?! Very unprofessional not to follow through.

It went very well, they were really easy to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't actually give me a written estimate, it was only verbal, because we had some changes happen to we didn't request that.

Great. Was very helpful and professional. Tim is a very nice and honest person to work with. He was out to our home several times throughout the course of the project. He offered suggestions to save money and maximize our space. His experience is extremely evident.

Tim makes one thing clear from the start: He will work until you are satisfied with the results...aside from quality of workmanship, you can tell the client's satisfaction is on the top of his mind.

Tim has considerable experience in almost any type of repair and remodel in both residential and commercial settings. I know Tim as a professional and yet very personable businessman.
