Description of Work: Virus infection. New hard drive installed. Tech went above and beyond in trouble-shooting the problem when I was unable to get online with new hard drive. ISP claimed it was a computer problem. Green Eggs & Ram tech GAVE me a cable to use and then gave me his time on the phone to trouble shoot the phone/modem system in my home to prove it was a phone problem and NOT a computer problem...at no charge. Also assisted me in re-installing my address book when I had a problem doing so...I was DELIGHTED with their service!

My initial work order was misplaced so it too an extra day before they arrived. However I wasn't in any big hurry. After calling to set a time, the service tech was prompt, professional and overall easy to work with. He installed a router, a software package and gave some on site training. He was here exactly 30 minutes. I was very pleased. Kudos
