Who knew that Graham tire fixed household appliances? Not me but I will definitely use them again. I had to wait a couple of days for them to come because of my travels but it was well worth it. The repair man came at the time he said he would. He did call and say he was running late but gave me the heads up. Then when he got there, was very efficient and looked at it. He explained that this could take some dollars to fix and wanted to know my preference. No hard sell here. He Decided to take it back to the shop. He called me the next day with the prognosis and an estimated time of 2 days for the part. When the part came in the next day, he called me and we made arrangements to have him come and install it. All this sounds like what a consumer expects with a repair service. However, what was most impressive is that he asked my opinion, actually listened to what was important to me and made every attempt to please me. Awesome.
