Description of Work: They provided sprinkler service for the builders of the townhome association I live in. When I had my fence and paver patio installed in 2013, they were very unprofession when working with the people who installed my fence and patio. We asked to have the sprinklers turned off while the were laying the pavers and they refused and used continuous profanity (F word) with the landscaper and with me. When the fence people wanted to put in the posts and later the fence itself, we had the same problem. Once the fence and patio were done, whenever they came to check on/adjust the sprinklers, they were very rude and unprofessional with several of the homeowners. The HOA has now been turned over from the builders to the homeowners. We are looking for someone new to provide sprinkler service, but we will not even get a bid from them because of their past unprofessionalism. We have also told others of this experiendce.s

+ -1 moreI really wanted to have a great experience with Al. After seeing the reviews and talking with some people who had worked with him, I was excited to have him do our project. He never answers his phone, but was responsive initially to come out and give an estimate and a start date. Unfortanetly, we got within 2 days of him starting and I never heard from him again. There was rain for a couple of days in his defense, but it has been three weeks now and I have called him four times -but only left two messages because his voicemail was full the other two. We still have a dirt yard with no irrigation or sod (but three boys 4 and under that love the dirt!). At any rate, we have another company lined up who have been great. Sorry, Al.

+ -1 moreAl was very responsiveness for my quote. He came right out in person and had the quote to me very quickly. I selected his services due to his professionalism and price. He stated that they would likely be doing my system in mid to late June. I didn't hear back from him after the first week in July, so I contacted him about the installation. We set a date for mid-July and his crew came out and did the work as scheduled. The system works good. I have some rough spots in my yard/grass, however, assume that is expected with this type of work. I'll be using Al/Gopher for my winter and spring maintenance work too.

+ -1 moreI was looking for someone to spray out our sprinkler system. I had been calling everyone but most places were either finished spraying them out for the season or were very expensive quoting me in the $70 range which i felt was just astronomical. I called Gopher Irrigation and a man answered right away. I explained to him that I just needed the sprinkler system sprayed out and asked how much he charged. He quoted me at $53.00. I then asked him when he could come out to do this and he said he could come out this afternoon. He and the gentleman he was working with came out within a couple hours and were very prompt, being there at the time they said they would. It was a quick process and they were done. I am very happy I called them, I will be calling them to fix my broken sprinkler head in the spring when it warms up.
