+ -1 moreWe had a deadbolt lock that we couldn't open on the front door of our house. I called Fred the Fixer expecting to get someone to come out the next week. I was told they would call when someone was available. To my surprise, later that afternoon I got a call saying someone could be there shortly. When he arrived, he quickly took the deadbolt apart and found that the inner working part was broken. He went out to his truck, brought back a replacement part and reassembled the lock. As long as he was there, I asked him to take a look at our side door deadbolt which was very hard to turn. He took it apart, saw that it didn't appear bad and put something on it to make it slide easier. This didn't help so I asked him to just replace the inside lke he did on the front door. The serviceman was pleasant and courteous. I would definitely call them again if I had a lock problem.

+ -1 moreI have been using Fred the Fixer for almost a year now. They are very friendly and knowledgable. I have taken locks to them to be rekeyed for an excellent value. I have bought special commercial locks from them I couldn't find elsewhere. I have had them come out to my home (which is a five-plex) and business multiple times. I highly recommend them!
