It took a bit to determine just what was wrong-gas valve or flame sensor. Larry did a test 3 x to rule out the gas valve. He went to Sioux Falls to get part. He could not get the original part anywhere. One made by another company cost 5 x as much. However, he did not get that one . He found a universal part that is working just fine. I liked the fact, he was concerned about it costing me more, though it would have been easier for him

I had a toilet emergency and Copper Cottage was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. I received a call from technician Jerad E., an hour and half before our scheduled appointment time with him stating he finished early at his previous appt. and asked if I wanted him to arrive earlier which I said absolutely. Great communication, high efficiency in completing the work. He was finished within a half hour. I used Copper Cottage previously for a couple minor things, and the technician then, Larry W was just as excellent. Copper Cottage will always be my first choice!

It want very well. Nothing was wrong with the softener but he did find one of our toilets was constantly running but just barely. He replaced the toilet insides which stopped the leak. After that was fixed the water softener used much less salt.

We had a smaller job and needed to replace the bathtub faucet and shower fixtures. We have an older home with copper pipes and he completed replacing the pipes and installing new fixtures we had purchased. After cleaning up he explained what was done and was very helpful answering questions about the work and other updates we are planning. The original estimate was around $250 and when complete he explained in addition there was also a service fee of $35, which seemed reasonable. We were surprised to get a letter with the check explaining the original estimate included this fee along with a refund check for the $35 dollars. The honesty and prompt refund were greatly appreciated and we will definitely be using them again!

The service person replaced the garbage disposal the same day. He saved me a few dollars by suggesting I purchase the disposal myself. I went to Lowes, bought the disposal, returned home and he installed it. The water softener also needed to be replaced. He recommended one and said he would get me an estimate for the cost. It took several days and a couple calls on my part before I got the estimate though. The office was not very prompt with getting back to me. I agreed with the estimate and they ordered the water softener.. A week later Louis was back to install the water softener. He was a couple hours later that scheduled but I did get a call telling me he would be late. After about 2 hours he was finished. He cleaned the area where he was working and removed everything. The serviceman was professional and very helpful. I will definitely use Copper Cottage again.

Arrived on time and professional. Found issue , fixed, and repaired in under an hour.

I had an appointment for the central air & the technician(Bill) actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. The central air needed freon. When the furnace went out I called them & someone was there within an hour at no extra charge. The technician (Clay)replaced the ignitor on my furnace. I dealt with two different men, both were very professional & courteous. I will call them again when the need arises.

Overall, it worked out well. I spent about $80 on the work. They service technician was very personable, very clean. He explained what he was doing and the reason for doing the same. He gave me a couple of different options. I will use this company in the future.

It went fine. I was satisfied with the job and their weren't any problems.

Their quote was pretty high. I wasn?t home when they did the quote but my wife was. They weren?t unfriendly but they weren?t confident and it showed in their quote. The quote was about $500 or $600 higher than the other companies.

I made the appt to have things done, 10 min after the service person was supposed to be here he called and asked if i lived in a mobile home. I told him yes and then he informed me that they dont work in mobile homes. So I called the office and promptly was told they do not work on mobile home and the service manager was not in so there was nothing they could do. My A/C unit is the same as any other home.They advertise they work on any A/C and furnace but I guess they don't

He was very profesional, he set me up with a good option that wasn't too expensive. He told me what i didn't need and advised what I did need. He was very quick and efficiant. His work was clean and profesional and he didn't leave any sort of mess afterwards. He also went through the house ( a new house) and looked for any possible problems, warning me of a couple of small issues without the pressure of having him sell me on it.
