He called us a couple of weeks prior to remind us that we were due for an annual tuning. We set up the appointment. That day he arrived on time, even though the weather was extremely snowy. He asked how piano lessons were proceeding with out children. Tim remembered that he had suggested we get a new piano last year, after tuning our old piano and determining that it had some problems that were irrepairable. We had purchased a new piano on Craigslist a few months later and had him tune it . We were pleased to report that our oldest child has progressed rapidly over the past year and tells us how much he enjoys playing the piano. Tim worked on it for about an hour, doing a great job. We love our new piano and are so glad that he suggested that we find a better instrument. Thanks to his help, it's staying beautifully in tune.

Tim was running late, but called to tell us, so that was fine. He did a thorough job and even left some items he had found that had slipped into the piano over the years.

Tim did a masterful job along with educating me on the correct position of the wheels on the front (that NONE of the tuners or movers in the past bothered to tell me!) I was very pleased with his work - was also pleased that he answers each and every phone call himself so you're not left wondering WHEN you'll get a call back! Would recommend!

We made an appointment to have our piano looked at. It was due for a regular tuning and also had developed some sticky keys and a ringing sound in some of the keys. He quickly gave the piano a thorough check. I appreciated that before starting any work, he stopped to talk to me about the quality of the piano. He informed me that the age of the piano and certain repairs made to it during its past history would make some of the problems unrepairable. He tuned the piano and fixed the keys that were consistently sticking. He talked with me about our use of the instrument and what we need. We decided to have him go ahead and tune the piano to allow our son to play it over the next few weeks and months, but that we would not spend much time or effort on the other problems. He even suggested that if we decide to buy a piano, he could suggest a few that are being sold by clients. I was pleased by the time he took and the fact that he didn't just make repairs on an instrument that isn't woth the extensive work.
