Description of Work: Bill is very busy and overwhelmed on all of his projects. Does a poor job of communication and rarely answers the phone when you do hear from him it's normally not him it's his assistant who has to a** can't bil rarely answers the phone when you do hear from him it's normally not him it's his assistant who has to ask Bill the question anyway! If you call and ask for some maintenance or have questions the average is a few days before you hear from them!
