+ -1 moreThe contractor and workers were neat, prompt, and efficient. The bathroom looks great! They even replaced the wood window frame with tile. The contractor believed that was the source of the water damage.
Description of Work: Repaired water-damaged wall in bath; replaced drywall with cement board, and added tile. Added vent fan, replaced toilet. Used subcontractors for plumbing and electrical.

+ 1 moreHe pretty much just did the bid seemed knowlegeable and all just thouhgt that there was more damage there.
Description of Work: he was prompt and proffressional . But i thought that there was more damage than what he was seeing .My house was hit by a car. He thought that the damage was just the top even after i showed him the basement wall inside was cracked. Ended up hiring Backhause construction getting a whole new front wall. After the work was done Roger told me that the way that the wall was damaged he had to hit it just right to do that kind of damage. and if i had not had my deck there he would have been in my basement.

+ 2 moreWonderful. Bids were promt and accurate. Work was finished on time. Workers were competant and kept all areas clean during the process. I would highly recommend Beatch Construction for any remodel work. If I were planning to build a home in the future, I would have no problem hiring Beatch Construction as the Builder as I have seen his new construction work and it is lovely.
Description of Work: Beatch Construction finished a lower level consisting of 1 bedroom/office, 1 bathroom, TV room, wet bar, storage room, 4 closets including a cedar closet. They also remodeled a powder room on the main level and the main level bath as well as upgrading cabinets in the kitchen.

+ 1 moreExcellent. The bid was prompt and reasonable. The finished cost was more than the bid only due to upgrades on my part. Workmen were prompt, workmanship excellent and the area was clean and swept every day eliminating dust etc from migrating throughout the house. Mr. Beatch and his workmen are true professionals. I can say that doing a remodel with this company was a pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Finished lower level into entertainment center, fireplace, bedroom, bath, wet bar and storage areas. Remodeled 1/2 bath on main level, new countertops in master bath, new sump pump system, various maintenance repairs.
