+ -1 moreI was looking for a buyers broker in the Sioux Falls area. Got Darrel Bartell's contact information through searching online. Very easy to work with. Looked at a fair number of properties in an around Sioux Falls. He picked me up at my hotel on the days we went looking. He has excellent knowledge of the area. And he had tips and suggestions based on his knowledge of home improvement and common issues with homes in the area. Communication was excellent and prompt. He has a home office in Sioux Falls. With his help, we got it done and I am living in the house and am satisfied with the home purchase. The home seller pays the agent commission in this case. So there was no cost for using his services as a buyers agent. So if you are looking for a buyer's broker, I give Darrel Bartell a thumbs up.
