AROUND THE CLOCK DRAIN MASTER

A plug came off an old water softerner in my basement and flooded the entire basement. Must have happened while at work so there was 5-6 inches of water in the entire basement and the drain was plugged so nothing was draining out. I found this out at 8pm on a Saturday night. I tried calling 2 other local companies that supposidly have 24 hours service and neither answered. I called Around the Clock Drain Master and they answered and said they would have someone out within the hour. 2 Gentlemen arrived within the time they quoted me and spent a good amount of time trying to get the drain unplugged so i could start getting water out of my basement. They were very friendly and proffessional and did a great job finally being able to get the drain unplugged and working. Additionally for it being a after hours weekend call the amount they charged me was amazing! They did a great job and at a very reasonable price! I am very appreciative of the work they did!

Based on a recommendation from a friend in the construction business, I called Jason at AROUND THE CLOCK DRAIN MASTER around noon today and explained our situation. He said that he would have someone come out with a power auger later on this afternoon. They got here about 3:00 pm and by 3:45 pm they had the entire sewer line augered out and the water was flowing freely throughout the house with no backing up into the basement floor drain. They were very businesslike and professional. They explained what they were going to do and what were the likely causes for the blockage and then they, there were two of them in the truck, went about their business very efficiently. They laid down floor covering to contain any messes and cleaned up after themselves when they were done - Actually, after they had left, you could see no evidence that they had even been there. Their equipment appeared to first rate, their skills were first rate, their attitude (considering the circumstances) was first rate - So all and all it was a very pleasant experience. Cleaning a sewer line is not the nicest experience and the guys from AROUND THE CLOCK DRAIN MASTER charged me what I felt was a fair price and did a very good job.
