Went fine. Tech showed up on time and was very nice. He got the job done in a reasonable time. My problem with this is that I was gouged for parts cost. $40 service charge $75 labor No problem with these. $448 parts 2 springs 3 bearings These few items shouldn't have cost this much. I would have purchased them at home depot for around $100. At most they should have been $275 and I wouldn't have minded that, but $448, come on. I suggest anyone that does business with this company get an estimate before having any work done. Update - 1/19/15 I saw some earlier responses from this company on how their charges were comparable to other garage door companies in the area. To test this out I called Tri States Garage Door and told them exactly what I needed done. For 2 springs, 3 bearings, and travel/labor charges they quoted me $350. I asked them $350 not $650 and they said "No, that would be crazy." They included the same 5 year warranty on the springs. Again, be careful doing business with this company. Make sure you get a quote before letting them do work.
