A Sweep and a Smile missed 3 cleaning times that were scheduled. They would notify me about an hour before they canceled for the week. When here did not perform what I wanted done. They broke a coffee cup that I had picked up at a specialty shop. They said they would send me reimbursement but never did.

I have a multi level house, and Teri and her staff do an excellent job in cleaning. Such an awesome help to me, and they are very personable and cheerful to talk toas well. The cleaning job they do is excellent, and I believe they are reasonably priced.

Teri and her crew have cleaned for me twice now, the first time she showed up with a total of 4 people, and they dug right in with no direction from me, because i work from home and was on a conference call at the time. They all seemed to know exactly where they were going, what they were doing with nothing needed of me. WHEW! The 2nd time the crew came, there were a total of 3 people, and they were done in about an hour and a half. Again, cant find a single thing to complain about. They are all professional, nice, and always comment on how cute my puppy is. I feel comfortable with them and feel they do an awesome job for a reasonable price. Teri even offers to let my puppy outside when i am not home. Nice, honest, hard-working people. Hired them to come back every two weeks. YEAH~
