Estimate and pre-work interactions: Originally scheduled for a Friday evening, but some of his work ran longer and was rescheduled for the next morning. This wasn't a big deal for me, as communication was very good--I was not left waiting, i was notified and we worked out a rescheduled appointment. A Plus' estimate was significantly lower than other estimates received, He also took the time to talk to me and explain what i needed to know, was open to questions at every stage. It took another 2 weeks from the time I accepted the estimate to the time the work is done (understandably so - this was done in the spring, I suppose this is a busy time for this type of service. We also had a few stretches of rainy days). Work: Crew arrived on time, put their bucket truck right between my house and the next, and took down all the limbs on the big tree in about 4 or 5 hours or so - during this time others in the crew worked on 2 of the smaller trees, one of which had power lines nearby. Another few hours of working on the trunk/stump of the big tree and cleanup (which they did very well) and the crew was done for the day. Over the next few days there were return visits to fill in holes made in the lawn by the bucket truck or falling branches and trim up the last tree (last one didn't need much work). There was also some (very minor) damage to the siding on a shed next to the large maple that was taken down. One of the return visits was to remove the damaged piece of siding and replace it - This was done, fixed up like it never happened... matched the existing siding perfectly. Summary: Very pleased - will call again next time I need this type of service. Highly recommended. Delivered on the estimate down to the penny. Worked quickly and cleaned up well, they repaired the marks in the lawn and on the damage on the shed. At every step of the process, their primary intent was to make sure things were done right and make sure I was happy with the work.

This team did an exceptional job from being ready to work on time to clean up. This was a large job lasting three days (including triming done for my neighbor) and the team was awesome. Very friendly staff and hard workers. The owner is professional and leads a fantastic team. I can't say enough positive things about them! Great job and if I had more trees, they would be the first I'd call. Definately recommend this company!

Very prompt with friendly service. discussed options and made suggestions. Price was less then other estimates and did not go over estimate. Job was done quickly. Very satisfied.

Provider came to the house when I was away but did everything I had asked for when I got the estimate (except for one thing which he did at no additional charge later). Overall I was very pleased with his service and responsiveness.

I was very happy with the service. His bid was $300 less than another tree service. He owns his own business and worked the job...very well done!
