A & A Tree Service

They did trim the tree. There was no written contract. Next time I would have a contract. The date listed below is not correct. It was in the last month, I don't recall the date.

They removed the tree and stump with no damage to our property and cleaned up after. He has all the equipment needed. They were very professional. No complaints.

I was at work (hubby was home), got home and it didn't look like they had been there. The tree was gone, stump gone, nothing damaged even though I had landscaping with new shrubs and other trees and a stone bird bath, along with electrical/phone wires and a house next to it. Everything was cleaned up so well it was like that tree was never there. I guestimated on the price and date because I didn't want to look it up, but it is a close approximate and we were very very happy with them. They were in there, did the job, and were gone. No damage to the lawn either. I will definitely use them again!

Amy tree service was supposed to cut down a damaged Treebranch prior to the completion of the purchase agreement on our new home . They failed to come to complete the job at the scheduled appointment and then failed on four additional occasions to show up when they were scheduled. we them simply lost communication and never completed the job . I recently called to inform them that the job completed and the owner really had nothing to say or excuses for not completing the job Within the eight weeks after the scheduled appointment. bad experience

I had used this service last fall and he had given a appropriate price and cleaned up after himself. I had called after we had an ice storm. I wanted him to trim several trees and had called on a Wednesday. He said he would be out. I had another big branch crack and it was in a position where it would have caused further damage to my electric line. I called on a Saturday with the concern that the branch may fall and cause damage to the line or to someone working under it. He said everyone was busy and I wouldn't be able to find anyone else to come out. He then said he would come out on Saturday to check the safety of the branch but did not show up. I called again on Monday to tell him I had more tress to cut branches off. He called back and said he thought I had cancelled him. He then requested we meet on Tuesday so he could check the trees andthat I should ctall him after I got off work. I called and left a message a little after 5PM and again at 6 PM. He called at 6:30 but I missed the call. I called again at 7:15 but I still have not heard from him. I ended up calling another service and my trees were cut down within 48 hours. I am mostly disappointed that I called him with a safety concern and he did not show up after he promised he would. I think he had done a good job before when he actually showed up.

I had a huge weeping willow tree that was losing branches and I was hoping that all it needed was a trim job . I called A and A tree service for their advice and quote. They explained how a tree dies and let me know that was some ant infestation and advised to have the tree taken down. A fair estimate was given, however friends came and removed the tree for the wood.

Andy's Tree Service gave a free estimate and they were very personable. They came and did the work professionally. The tree was near the house and they were very careful in the way they cut it down. They even avoided any branches falling into the flower garden that was very close to the cutting area. They did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards. We had the stump ground out and they filled in the hole so well that you could barely tell there was even a tree there after they were finished. We were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
