Five new windows put in for 9k and didn?t try to open all the windows until the next day (because you know I foolishly expected people who spend their time professionally putting in windows would know how to do that properly )and align the locks and not destroy the windows in the process of trying to use them. Furthermore, I was just on the phone with customer service and explained the situation and did not even get an apology of any sort. I am super unimpressed and disappointed in your service and will not be using it again or recommending to anyone else.

Had a shower and sliding door installed. Guaranteed not to leak, but it's always leaked. We've had several issues. Never fully resolved, don't even want them to try. Been to our home multiple times and still leaks. Waiting on a refund!

Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous & professional. There wasn’t a question we asked that he couldn’t address accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meeting & look forward to our project being started this spring.

This has been the most frustrating experience of my life! I have no idea how they can have such a high review rating when their service has been HORRIBLE!!! Trying to get a response from them is like pulling teeth! I will NEVER Recommend 1800 Hansons to Anyone! If I could give them a zero star I would! Don't waste your time or money with them and you will save yourself a Giant headache!! We're 6 months out from ordering our window. This whole process has been Absolutely Awful since we decided to go with 1800 Hansons!! We JUST got the window installed and it arrived damaged and almost to big to fit in the opening! They also didn't send the screen and now we have to wait Again for that to arrive!! However they are trying to push for their payment even though we don't have everything yet!

Leaking roof. Third time scheduled to repair. This last time (today) a no show! Tomorrow if no response from 800Hanson. I will make a review on BBB & yelp.

The company has changed to a cold corporate culture. Once the salesperson got me to sign, the bots took over and got text messages. Ordered in August for November install, only wanted install before the end of the year. In December finally ready to install, that I was told there crew would do in 2 days. Instead, there crew went on vacation so the company sub contracted it to one person that took 4 days to complete. Told the scheduler I was not happy, she said sorry , but lets get your signature for the final payment. Would not recommend them

The process takes too long.The work and the quality of material was excellent.The job was performed in one day, it took two month for the process. The worker was very professional,great job guys.

They did a good job on my roof. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

Overall, good value for the money, some unavoidable weather delays, a couple of mid-measured window delays, issue with door wall install but they provided timely service.

Everything went very smoothly. The installation crew was fast and professional.

Took about three weeks to install from signing papers to getting the gutters put in. Received several phone calls throughout the process and after the install. People on the phone were very nice and helpful. The guys who did the install were friendly and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions. Reliable company and would use them again.

my 2nd time with hansons ,you cant go wrong

Bradley Case was the salesman who had come out to speak to me about the work I need to have done with my roof. I was impressed by his presentation, his professionalism and the thing that really sold me was the lifetime guarantee. I had done my homework on this company before contacting them but he really sealed the deal! It will be at least six more weeks before they can come out, but it will be done before our Michigan winter kicks into high gear and I am confident that the roof being installed is the highest quality material being installed by professionals.

I hired Hansons to replace my gutters, the price was very fair and the Hansons workers was very friendly and professional, my gutters look great. I would recommend Hansons to everybody needing a home improvement project.

We are happy with the windows and the installers did a great job. We actually have more windows to replace and we will contact Hansons to do the work.
