Called to make an appointment. Was told appointments are not necessary. I dropped my iphone off at 9 am. I got a called at 4 pm it was ready for pick up. Awesome service and super fast.

Over the years I have tried several different computer repair businesses. None has impressed me like Redfield Computer Services. Those guys treated me with respect. They actually listened to what I was saying. As long as I live within 150 miles of Redfield Computer Services. They will get all my computer business. I plan of buying a new laptop from them in December.

Redfield Computer Services has shown continued professional service. Many times I have dumped many different laptops with an array of problems (that other services couldn't even comprehend) onto Computer Dave's lap....and he can get anything done at an amazing speed with patient explanation and precision at a great discounted price. The problem with a lot of computer services is that there is at times, a unrecognized gap between the knowledge of the average computer user (customer) and computer technician, which can lead to a disappointed exchange in money and service. Frankly, most of us think we know our computers and what they need, and then how much time that task should take a technician, and even furthermore, how much that task is worth in time and money. However, our general knowledge misguides us. However, Computer Dave is the only LICENSED and ACCREDITED computer repair center within 100 miles of Redfield, SD where we live. He takes care of nearly every business in town, and still manages to fix my computers annoying glitches at the drop of a hat! He also guarantees his work for an impressive period of time. His invoices state and quot;Full restores include a 60 day warranty on the operating system software. If it doesn't work correctly, because of an error he made. It costs you nothing to bring it back and have it fixed with them. 60 limited labor warranty, Satisfaction Guaranteedand quot; He has repaired the dreaded and quot;black screen of computer deathand quot; multiple times, can get accessories, do upgrades, computer and internet lessons, does house calls, and software installed quickly and safely, and even buys and sells your old equipment and will cut you in on the amount he sells it for! I've had bad experiences in the past with computer repair shops. Redfield Computer Services changed my mind about computer techs. They are not all the same. If your want your computer fixed right the first time. Take it to RCS.
