Three days after the installation I found the area flooded. They came out to fix it three different times after it leaked each time. They eventually fixed the seal on one of the pvc pipes. This ended up ruining some different items in the downstairs, and they were just not very happy to have to continue to fix everything. They continued to complain throughout the entire process, but eventually did make all of the repairs that were necessary due to the contract that we had.

This company installed my heating system about 18+ years ago and I have used them continually to service the system as well as do other furnace/AC related work for me. I have always been very pleased with every aspect of their service. This time (actually within the last four or five months, I don't remember the exact date) They performed their annual checkup as usual with their usual prompt, courteous, good service. However, when I received the bill I found out that they charged me a travel cost as well as an extra hour charge for labor. When I called the office I was told that the extra hour for labor was basically the charge for the time the service man was enroute to and from my home. When I protested this charge, particularly since the service man would probably not return to the office but go to the next job, therefore getting double time charged from me and the next customer, the lady at the office immediately dropped the extra labor charge. I was really disappointed by this action. I still highly regard the company and will still highly recommend them but with the cavaet to check your charges.

I had worked the night before. I stayed up to get them situation and when I woke up a few hours later they were all finished. They have very prompt service. They came out and gave me an estimate right away and then within 2 weeks we had our unit and it was installed.

They were punctual. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job. They are a little bit more expensive than the rest. They use high quality equipment. They have been in the business for 40-50 years, so they have a lot of knowledge. They have people I use, which was mechanical. I got a discount through them because the person I used to work with, he used them quite a bit.

The service was totally excellent. They worked around my schedule. They had everything ready. They came in and knew that my time was limited, so they got in and got out. They got it done. They cleaned up their mess. They were wonderful. There was no hidden charge. They were on target.

Contractor was constantly late, held up the job, used sub standard materials, shoddy installation, a nightmare to work with. Three rooms in the house have almost no air out of the vents, won't heat in winter or cool in the summer. One room has no vent at all. Knowing what I now know, I would not use this contractor again if they offered to do the job for free.

They are very professional and thorough. They are also very friendly and punctual, always on time.

My opinion is that this company is deceptive, does unneeded work, and is inconsistent. I called the company on what the service man said was a slow day so he came right out. I didn’t know what was wrong but there was some humming motor noise in the heater unit. It turned out to be a drop turn off valve for a pump that pumps water out that from the air conditioner unit. The service man didn’t look at the pump that was there before deciding to replace it. It is an old unit The new pump didn’t fit and the service man (and myself) tried to find a way to make it fit. It didn’t work. They couldn’t find a pump that fit. Then the service man picked up the old pump and said maybe it was stuck and could use some WD40. He then lifted the drop value and said no, it felt like it was broken. (I think he reconsidered what I would think if all it needed was a little WD40.) He called the owner. The owner said he would be out the next day after an eight am appointment. I paid the bill including the cost of the new pump at that time. The service man left and the next day about 1pm I called them. The owner sounded almost mad at me and told me he was very busy trying to buy the business and also I wasn’t really a long time customer since I has only used them once before. Also the service man was on a job. So I was left with the pump wires cut and feeling like I should wait and not call them because I was putting them out. So I took the pump cover off, saw that it just needed some cleaning and WD40. So the following day the owner calls with a voice so syrupy that one would think someone had just died in my family. He came out to look at the heater and give me an estimate on a new one. I told him that I fixed the pump. Then he mentioned that the old pump had been hot I presume justifying replacing it. That would have been pretty hard since I had the circuit off. The owner then measured for a new heater and said he would give me an estimate. (Never did) He said he would send the service man right out. The service man came right out, took five minutes to put the old pump back in. They didn’t charge me for that visit maybe because he took the new pump that I had paid for with him. This company has a lot of TV adv. but I will not use them again.
