+ 3 moreIt took almost a year (it was a 600 sq. foot house to begin with). He left his van in our drive for months while he was off working on other projects, not working on the job here. The paint job on the outside is coming off, it's been up there about a month. There is hardly water pressure in the first floor bath or kitchen. The yard is basically trashed, fence destroyed. I would never use him again.
Description of Work: He put in a new foundation/basement and a new bathroom on the back of the house, re-sided the house, and general re-modeling. It is liveable however.
