 + -1 moreThese guys are really nice and do a great job. They have fixed the bumper on my car twice and did a great job both times. I have a Volkswagen and I choose to use them instead of the Volkswagen dealership because they are so much easier to deal with and pleasant.

 + -1 moreDo check other places in town Don't take your car home until you are completely satisfied with the work and make sure they complete all the work. Be very picky especially if you are not paying the bill.
Description of Work: Had a 1997 honda accord repaired with Roys. Damage done on the drivers side by somone who side swiped my step daughter. We did not pay for any of the work performed as the other drivers insurance paid the bill. The work was ok and acceptable but I had to take it back a few times to get all the issues resolved. They removed the inner wheel well lining to do some body work to the front fender, when reinstalling it they must not have got it back in there very good as it got tore out on a road trip to Montana. This caused a wiring harness to rub on the tire and short out which caused a lot of electrical issues after that. The air conditioning still does not work. They reskined the drivers door so they had that all tore apart, the window was out of adjustment after that and never would close all the way correctly. They did replace that and get it to work but in the process they scratched up the window tint on the drivers door window. They did offer to make it right but by this time I was fed up with taking the car back and the car was going out of state the next day. I would maybe use them again but would definately get other estimates.
