+ -1 moreOur roof leaked upon completion and I refused to pay the balance till it was corrected. He stated they came when I was gone and sealed the roof vents so I paid the remainder of our balance but it still leaks.
Description of Work: Ritchie Mesteth and his employees did an awful job on our roof. Then he took money from our neighbors to buy materials and never came back to do the roof. Stopped answering phone calls. This happened to two neighbors.
