Description of Work: Hired them to clean sewer clog. |After a couple tries the clog was cleaned but the cleaning rod is still in my sewer and my bathroom is unusable. This has been the situation for 2 weeks now. The owner has been out and tried to get rod out but no luck. If I can even find anyone to dig it up, I will be out probably thousands of dollars.

 + -1 moreThe company sent a plumber out quickly after we called. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. My only complaint was that the first service call didn't completely fix the problem but when notified of the issue another plumber was dispatched promptly. I thought they were very responsive in addressing the problem. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned out a stopped drain in the basement.

 + -1 moreI needed to call these guys 2 or 3 times for help before I could get a permanent fix on my main line. They were prompt, responsive, and helpful in determining the cause of my problem. They ascertained I needed a new line dug to the main, which was a service they couldn't provide, but recommended a couple great providers. They were very professional, prompt, and i was very happy with the results.

 + 0 moreThey were very prompt and they were always close to the time they said they were going to be out. It was an odd little problem and they kept working with different options until they finally figured out what the problem was.
Description of Work: I have used Rapid Rooter. They came out and cleaned the main sewer line. They also fixed a clog in the toilet and put a toilet in.
