Description of Work: The repair man came to look at the air conditioning and see what was wrong. He took the a/c apart and cleaned it throughly, vacuumed the vents, and put in new filters. They did the furnace in the fall and did the same thorough cleaning and tune up for the furnace. i have a gas fireplace with an electric switch. the gas company installed the electric switch next to the pilot light, and the repair man from one hour fixed the problem and i was able to use my fireplace all winter long. This is such a nice company, you can trust them, and they do what they say.

Description of Work: I had One Hour come and give me a quote but they were much higher than similarly quoted products from two other providers. I did not choose to use them. They were, however, the first of three providers to get back with me and give me a quote.

+ -1 moreVery impressed with the two guys who arrived. They were on time, professional in their work, informative and helpful in discussing furnace and humidifier issues. They submitted bid options on replacing an old, worn-out small furnace.
Description of Work: Examined small lower level furnace. Examined and cleaned larger upper level furnace. Submitted options and pricing on replacement of the lower level furnace for our consideration.
