Ms. Clean Services

On the first appointment Karen called on the wrong day and said she couldn't come that day so was sending a man in her place. Before I could object, he was already at my door so I let him go ahead and do the work that day. His war was not satisfactory.. He didn't clean behind my toilet or move anything off the kitchen counter. There were crumbs and salt under my toaster oven and spice rack. He cleaned the counters with Goof Off! I called Karen to voice my disappointment. She said she'd come herself and "make it right". She came back with the same man and another woman. The woman cleaned my bathroom, the man cleaned my kitchen counters and floor and Karen only vacuumed. Karen obviously did not check their work. My bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a long black hair floating in the toilet (not mine), and a long, black stain all along the top of the shower/bath stall. There were streaks on the mirror. There is also now an obvious, eye level scratch on my stainless steel refrigerator that was not there before. Karen charged me anyway. I am very disappointed with my experience. I do not recommend this service.

Karen arrived with her team and went straight to work. Brought everything she needed to do a great job...complete with the expertise of how to be efficient, professional, and pleasant. Focused on best use of time and best satisfaction of the client...great experience.

Karen and her team were amazing!! The amount and quality of work was just above and beyond. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed and very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again, Karen and team!!

It went very well. My kitchen window had a problem with the felt weather stripping which happened prior to their appointment with me. She was very diligent in fixing it so I am now able to open and shut the window much easier. I feel she went out of her way to be helpful.
