 + -1 moreWe were having problems with our front porch light, I installed a new one but that didn't correct the problem so we called Mr. Electric on Monday. We were told they'd be here on Wed. between 8 - 11 AM, they showed up at 8:45 and walked me through what they were doing and explained what the problem was. It turned out to be a relatively simple, at least for them, repair and when they were done the asked if there were any additional issues that they could help with. We did have a couple of other switches that we were having problems with and they quickly changed those without additional cost. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: Mr. Electric surveyed and installed a Generac 16kW emergency generator and automatic transfer switch. The workmanship was outstanding and the system is working beautifully. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided many helpful suggestions during the survey that assisted me to make all the necessary coordination and made the installation very easy! I would definately recommend Mr. Electric to others looking for backup power solutions.

Description of Work: I asked them to run a 110 and 220 circuit into my garage from the junction box in the house. Their estimate was very reasonable and they offered to do it the same day. They did not leave a mess. They were courteous and friendly and the quality of their work was way beyond my expectations. My experience with their office was also very positive when I lined up the estimate.

 + -1 moreTyler at Mr. Electric has done work for me in the past. He is a true professional. Most recently, in September 2014, I called him to install a 220 dryer outlet and dryer vent. When Tyler was doing the work he accidentally cut my cable internet wire. Before I knew it, he had another truck there with his guys fixing it on the spot. Excellent service! When it came time to pay the bill, Tyler was ready with his iPad. I wrote him a check. He emailed me the invoice. Very efficient! The total cost was $189.77. I was expecting to pay much more. Total time for the entire job was less than an hour. I am very satistifed. I will always call Mr. Electric of the Black Hills when I need electrical work.

 + -1 moreHe is awesome, very professional, very courteous. He takes extra measures to ensure your house is not disturbed like the paper booties over the work boots. He has a carpet that he puts down so that he doesn't track dirt in. I have recommended him to other people.
Description of Work: We used Mr. Electric of the Black Hills for electrical work. He repaired a heater thermostat issue. The installation was done poorly. He had to trace wires and run some extra wires in the attic.

Description of Work: Tyler from Mr. Electric came out and gave me an estimate, to install a new breaker in the box and run the wiring for a new central a/c unit. The price was very reasonible. The next day he came back and installed it. His workmanship is firstrate! He had to move a dryer while running the wires, and aparently the dryer duct had been broken for awhile. There was quite a mess back there. Tyler went to the hardware store picked up a new dryer duct, installed it and didn't charge us for it. Now a dryer duct only costs about five bucks, and he was going to the store anyway, but that in my book is over and above what he needed to do. We were so pleased with his work we had him do a second job for us. The results were exactly the same. We have two more projects coming up, but only one electrician Tyler from Mr. Electric!
