He did a very nice job for the things I had him do. I will be using him again.

The front and back porches were replaced and now they match the house. They look great and are much better than the old wooden porches. We are so excited not to have to do annual weatherizing. Marlon was professional and friendly. It was nice to have a contractor that didnâ t ask more upfront beyond the cost of materials. All in all a good experience.

Marlon was great! Came to view the project yesterday, quoted last evening, and already came today, the next morning, and completed the job before noon! So appreciate his work & service! Would absolutely hire him again in the future for any repair needs!

He worked quickly to get to all of our gutters and we have a lot. We also have steep roofs so it was no small task.

He removed my fireplace mantle and surround and replaced it with tile/brick and put up my new mantle and installed my tv above it. He did an excellent job and completed it in just two days. He was very pleasant to work with and when I texted him he got back to me immediately. I would recommend Marlon for any job.

Excellent. Very friendly, helpful, professional, reasonable, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! They came when they said they would, they went to work right away, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing! They rinsed the gutters and downspouts. They also cleaned up all of the pine needles afterward. Plus...they cleaned my chimney and did an awesome job! I can't thank them enough for a great job and I thank HomeAdvisor for recommending them! strong work ethic, quality craftsmen

Marlon is kind and easy to like. I thought price was high for flooring. Weâ  ve had a lot of trouble communicating and when materials were sub par and needed replacing, he didnâ  t return for 2 wks (without notifying me of his plans). He wanted new flooring unloaded to house to acclimate but only offered to come do so at 7:30 Sun am. Iâ  m 65 and transported and unloaded by myself, then he didnâ  t come back for another week. Iâ  ve asked for 3 days for a measurement to get baseboard and he answered today that installing it would be another $350! He did not arrive before I had to leave for work today so I left back door unlocked. He never came and never notified me.

Marlon came out to my Dad's house (I am the Personal Representative for my Dad) and replaced several screens. He also arranged to have the gutters replaced and because of his service and explanation, I decided to go with seamless gutters. Marlon has a fantastic work ethic. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. I would recommend Marlon's Repair to anyone.

Marlon is an amazing guy!! He framed out our low basement ceiling basement (which was no easy task). He has integrity, attention to detail, and is one of the hardest working guys I’ve met. If you are looking for a handyman look no further. We've reached out to a couple handyman before finding Marlon. No one ever showed up. Finally found Marlon via home advisor and the stress of having to do all the work ourselves melted away. Marlon and his team shows up on time, prices are really reasonable and he even gave us some pointers on saving money by doing a couple simple things ourselves. WE GOT OUR SUMMER BACK!!!!
