Jeff Haskell Carpet Cleaning

Jeff and his crew do a wonderful job cleaning carpets! They are dependable, friendly, helpful, and the carpets look amazing when they are done! We have also hired Jeff to help us with a couple different leaks that needed to be dried out and Jeff’s team are very available and thorough and handled our situations quickly. The house had thousands of gallons of water leaking in it for a couple of months which created mold growth almost everywhere. Jeff and his crew came in and dried the home and performed a mold remediation that passed clearance testing the first time! This was no small job as the house is a 3 level large home in the hills.

After my excellent experience with Jeff Haskell's carpet cleaning work in the past (see my review from 11/29/13), I did not hesitate to contact Jeff to help me with the terrible disaster of a burst water pipe and extensive water damage. He was at my house very shortly after receiving my call to begin the drying and clean-up of a great room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, office, hallways and foyer. That included the removal of all damaged walls, ceilings, insulation, cabinets, tile, wood and carpets. He also took down all of the lighting, ceiling fans, electrical switched and outlets, removed doors, door and window trim and baseboards. He removed the toilet and bathroom vanity and sink, mirror and lighting. He removed all of the built-in cabinets and credenza from the office. He carefully placed all items that could be salvaged in the garage. He used many industrial fans and heaters to thoroughly dry and treat all areas with an anti-microbial solution to insure that there would be absolutely no mold growth. The areas were thoroughly cleaned up and ready for a contractor to come in and begin work. There are also many other aspects of the work that he performed that I haven't mentioned. Jeff has very high standards for completing a job to its maximum potential. He works very well with the insurance companies every step of the way. He is hard working, dedicated, very knowledgable and works long and h****** every job. Jeff is very professional, polite, friendly and very easy to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff Haskell to anyone looking for professional, top quality work!! I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!!

Jeff arrived promptly and did a walk-through of the entire 4,000 sq.ft. house, making note of any stains and what kind they were, explaining his approach for cleaning the carpet. He pretreated each small area he worked on and used a special treatment for specific stains. He worked each area thoroughly with 250 degrees of steam, overlapping each stroke to ensure deep cleaning. He spent extra time on any stains. Jeff showed me his work, soliciting my comments and approval. He placed very large and powerful fans over each cleaned area. He did my entire house, inch by inch, including inside the closets. After the carpet was dry, he went back to each stained area, covered it with a cloth and used a hand-held hot steam iron to remove any remaining hint of any stain. The carpet was dry by the time he was done. I was truly amazed. My carpet (which is an off-white color) looked brand new! I couldn't have been more pleased. I understood why Jeff's prices are higher than other carpet cleaners. He spent a full six hours and was meticulous and very thorough. Jeff is a true professional with a friendly, pleasant attitude. I will recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for any of his specialized services. He does both residential and commercial carpet as well as upholstery cleaning. He also does flood and water damage restoration and even mold and mold-stain removal!
