Avoid this guy at all costs. Did not show up twice in a row, didn't bother to call and say he was not coming, changed his story about his experience, can't trust him.

Initially, I was very impressed with how quickly he did the work and the quality of some of it. However, there was miscommunication on what was to be done and for what cost. For the trim work, I showed him what I wanted done (exactly the same as the other windows), and he didn't do that. And, he'd already quoted me the cost. Upon me telling him again I wanted them the same, he said that costed $200 more. It was excessive given he had to round of corners on three pieces of trim (it wasn't installed, yet). Even then, he didn't match the other windows basic design and told me that it was better to do it that way. Obviously, it isn't unless he was going to re-do the rest of the home, and they've worked and looked fine for the 42 years before this was done. Additionally, upon asking for trim work to be done, one could 'assume' that the window should be finished. That was my thinking. However, he said that's not what he thought. This misunderstanding is more understandable than the aforementioned. So, I have trim up that needs wood putty to fill the gaps and then needs painting. Lastly, he painted a bedroom with paint roughly 1.5 yrs old that was kept indoors. I had it shaken before he applied it. He claimed it wasn't going onto the walls that well, and I saw that when he started. So, he put more coats onto the wall while I was gone. It didn't look good. But, he claimed he did what he was supposed to do. Instead, he should've told me the paint wasn't good, and I would've gotten him new paint. Instead, I bought new paint and called him repeatedly to finish the job. After a couple weeks, he returned and painted again. Still, it was far from done right. I ended up painting it again myself. I wasn't happy paying him $120 to paint a small bedroom only to do it myself. He prided himself on doing the job until done but ended up going to other projects and prolonging a multi-day project into over a month-long project. His dry-wall texturing is very good. Despite this I will not use him again. If you were to use him, I would be very precise with what you expect. Still, if you're unfamiliar with all the ins and outs of what he's doing you can't address those things.

Called he came next day asked him to clean gutters and man he was detailed Not only pine needles but coarse shingle sand and we'll I was surprised by price good and fair even though I live in expensive area. I have never hired a handy man before but I will use him again for sure

Roman with handyman for you did our complete bathroom remodel. The work scope included: * gut out to the studs * move pipes for new shower and current heating pipes * move electric * drywall/cement board, texture paint * new plumbing for the shower * tile the shower and bathroom floor * pick up new furniture and install, * redo trim work * new faucet new toilet Extremely clean - did all of the work outside despite cold weather. Very patient with our children who wanted to watch. Did not charge us for a lot of things such as going to the store to pick up more supplies. Often times used his own supplies (screws, wire, pipes) Roman's English is not always clear, but he made sure no decision was made until both parties agreed they understand each other. Extremely clean while on the job! Cleaned after himself several times a day not to allow dirt and dust to be tracked into the rest of the house. Also he is very resourceful when overcoming problems. You can tell he has experience in what he does. Over all my highest recommendation.
