Grant Bolt ROOFING

It was done just as Eric said it would be. Could not believe how good of a job they did. One thing that stood out was the guys cleaned up everything. They worked hard and was done the same day! The roof and gutters look amazing. I want to say a big Thanks to Mr. Eric. He followed up to make sure we was satisfied, and also took time to check on the workers to see if everything was going as planned. Thanks Grant Bolt Roofing, and Mr. Eric, I have referred you to two other big companies.

Josh was fabulous! Honest, innovative and accommodating. Very reasonable pricing and got the job done quickly. Even came back 4 months later for a minor modification and did the adjustment at no-charge. Can't recommend highly enough!

It was excellent! It was really easy, they don't require someone to be there. They took them 2 days to do the roof and about a week later, they clean up the rest of the materials. Maybe it would be a lot quicker if we didn't had a bad weather. I would definitely recommend them. They explain everything.

This contractor seemed to do a quick and decent job at first, however me not having any experience I didn't know what to look for in the roofing business. My home was leaking and it took repeated calls to Grant Bolt, the owner the get the problem resolved. Moving ahead several years I have had hail damage again. When getting several new quotes from other roofing contractors they have pointed out a lot of mistakes and improper installation on the current roof which bolt roofing installed. For instance the put white trim where it should have been tan, they installed the roof over existing channel without replacing it with new and proper metal channel. They messed up the soffit during installation which another contractor had to fix. These are only the things I know about. I can only imagine what's underneath this great roofing job. NOT RECOMMENDED
