It was great. They were reasonably priced. The generator was installed on the right timetable and it worked. They're nice. The price was good.

I called because my generator wouldn't start. They came out about 1 week after call. Technician didn't arrive on scheduled time. He turned on the generator and it worked...I don't know why, it didn't work when I turned it on. He was here 10 min. my bill was charged for 30 min. Bill charged for 42 miles mileage fee, actual miles is 22.8. Charged $85 for labor travel time, should have been 42.25. This company gouges it's customers! Look someplace else if you need generator service!
