carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe salesman was very professional and kind. However, the installation was a joke. I was told by two different people that the installers would be there by 8. They arrived at 9:30! Apparently, I have nothing better to do with my time than wait around on them. Then when they did finally get there, they were rude and honestly, dumb as a rock. I loved my salesman, but because of the unprofessionalism of the installers, I will not be using Flooring America again.
Description of Work: I had the carpet replaced in one room of the house.
