Everything went a lot smoother than I expected and I was amazed at the level of commitment provided by Debbie. She is truly one of the kindest and most genuine realtors I have encountered. My wife and I are grateful to have chosen her to represent our home.

We actually ended up asking to be released from her contract because her service was absolutely horrible. She is in South Dakota and we live in South Carolina. We once went up there to check on our house and when we got there our basement was flooded. We were told by our neighbor that there was a really bad rain storm, and he had called her and left a message that she needs to check on our house. She did not bother to do it and we had some major damage done to our home. We called her thinking that she may have not got the message. However, she said that she did get the message, and she basically did not bother to do it. She told us that she was busy and was out on vacation. She is horrible. I did not have to pay her anything because I need not pay her till the house was sold. I don’t think she even promoted our house for sales. We had some issues with her before all this happened.

My husband decided after 21 years in the military to retire and we wanted to move back to Rapid City, SD from Abilene, TX. We contacted Deb from a referral agency. It was the best recommendation. I must have inquired on 60 homes in 11 months. Deb would send me information on everyone usually within a couple of hours. When we did find some homes that were really looking like they would work for us, she would personally go out take tons of pictures, meet contractors for us. She went way above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. In 21 years of Military life and moving around the country I have never found a realtor who worked harder to help us find our a home.
